Go Trabi Go

Udo Struutz (Wolfgang Stumph) is a family man from Bitterfeld who, with the wall newly open, packs his wife Rita (Marie Gruber), his daughter, and the old Trabant for a holiday in Italy. Peter Timm sends them out from East Germany to places they were never allowed to see, and things keep happening along the way. Udo drives on regardless, a man who has waited his whole life for this trip and means to make it.
