Goal II: Living the Dream

(2007)Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra115 min · PG-13Drama
“This time the dream is real.”

Why does a Newcastle United star leave for Real Madrid, and what does he lose by going? Santiago Muñez (Kuno Becker) takes the move, and it puts him back in the same squad as Gavin Harris (Alessandro Nivola), a teammate he now has to beat for his place. Jaume Collet-Serra follows him through Madrid while his fiancée Roz (Anna Friel) stays home with her nursing career, and Santiago learns how thin his new fame leaves him.
