Goats

“You can't choose your family...or can you?”

On a desert homestead, 15-year-old Ellis Whitman (Graham Phillips) has a New Age mother, Wendy (Vera Farmiga), and a father who isn't around. The person who raises him is the Goat Man (David Duchovny), who grows marijuana and walks his goats through the dry country. Christopher Neil follows Ellis to a stiff East Coast prep school, and the question is whether the boy can cross into that world and still keep the one steady person he has.
