Godless Youth

Zach (Jannis Niewöhner) wants a place at one of Germany's elite schools, and he is willing to compete for it against students as hungry as he is. Alain Gsponer puts him in the same field as Nadesh (Alicia von Rittberg) and Titus (Jannik Schümann), each of them chasing the same narrow door. Zach keeps his head down and his eyes on the prize, and the closer he gets, the more of himself he has to put on the table.
