God's Gun

“Two Brothers... One Took the Cross... The Other Took the Gun.”

Father John (Lee Van Cleef) is a priest who has taken to hunting down the gang that killed a man in a local bar, led by Sam Clayton (Jack Palance). When the gang rides back into town, the priest is killed, and Parolini leaves Johnny (Leif Garrett), a fatherless boy from his flock, standing in the wreckage. The boy goes looking for the dead man's brother, a reformed gunfighter, and asks him to pick the gun back up.
