Going South

“Take the road less travelled”

Sam (Yannick Renier) is 27 and drives his Ford south through France in summer with no stop in mind, and he picks up Matthieu and his sister Léa (Léa Seydoux) along the way. Sébastien Lifshitz puts them on the road together, Matthieu with a crush he doesn't hide, Léa pregnant and pulling Jérémie (Pierre Perrier) in beside them. Sam keeps one thing to himself, the mother he is driving toward in Spain, and Matthieu keeps coming closer anyway.
