Golden Slumber

“Suspicious eyes everywhere the world is chasing after him.”

It starts on a fishing trip in Japan, where easy-going Aoyagi (Masato Sakai) meets an old friend and wakes up drugged, framed for the Prime Minister's assassination, and chased by corrupt cops. The people who help him include a famous pop diva, a rockabilly deliveryman, a crippled old gangster, and a serial killer, Kill-O (Gaku Hamada), who is oddly cheerful about it. Yoshihiro Nakamura cuts between them quickly, so the whole day moves at a run.
