“A master assassin, bent on blood!”

Hong Kong, 1977. Duke Togo (Sonny Chiba), the assassin known as Golgo 13, arrives with a contract from an American drug syndicate to kill the city's underworld kingpin. Yukio Noda sends him through the violent streets and nightlife of the city, with Detective Smith (Stephen Leung) on his trail, and Togo keeps moving through the grain of the film stock, his face giving away nothing.
