“Live for passion... die for vengeance.”

A Democratic campaign manager hires Golgo 13, the world's most feared contract killer, to stop Queen Bee (Masako Katsuki), a South American drug lord who is planning to assassinate a presidential candidate in the 2000 election cycle. The job looks too easy, and once he gets inside her organization, he starts looking for who is really behind it. Osamu Dezaki stages the hunt in his hard-edged style, with the long, still freeze-frames he is known for.
