Gone in the Night

“Some secrets are better left buried.”

Kath (Winona Ryder) drives into a remote cabin in the redwoods with her boyfriend Max (John Gallagher Jr.), only to find a younger couple already inside, the rental double-booked. They agree to share the place until morning, and by then Max has left with the young woman, Greta (Brianne Tju). Eli Horowitz's first feature follows Kath as she hunts for the reason, and the film treats a breakup as a loss you can only guess at from the outside.
