Good
“Evil triumphs when good men do nothing.”
Halder (Viggo Mortensen), a literature professor in Germany, sees his latest novel taken up by powerful figures in the Nazi party, and doors begin opening for him at once. His friend Maurice (Jason Isaacs) and his own conscience pull in the other direction, since the Reich's plans reach people close to him. Vicente Amorim stages the story as one long, quiet look at a man deciding how much he is willing to lose.
