Two couples with the same surname have been trying for a child, and each turns to the same fertility clinic and Dr. Sandhya Joshi (Tisca Chopra). Then comes the question nobody planned for: whose sperm was used for which pregnancy. Varun (Akshay Kumar) and Deepti (Kareena Kapoor Khan) share a waiting room with Honey (Diljit Dosanjh) and Monika (Kiara Advani), and Raj Mehta, in his first feature, plays it all at a lively comic pitch.
