Gracie

Grace Bowen (Carly Schroeder) is a teenager who plays soccer the way her older brother Johnny (Jesse Lee Soffer) does, hard and all the time. Davis Guggenheim follows her as she pushes to get a place on a competitive team, in a game where the field has always belonged to boys. The film leaves her as she is at the start, a girl in cleats with a ball at her feet.
