Grease

“Grease is the word.”

Sandy (Olivia Newton-John) is an Australian girl who spends a summer falling for Danny (John Travolta), a greaser who sings about it just as sweetly. Then she lands at his high school, where he runs with the T-Birds, and he's suddenly too busy being cool to admit he knows her. Randal Kleiser stages the whole thing as a big, bright musical, with songs and dance numbers breaking out wherever the kids happen to be standing.
