Green Lantern

“In brightest day. In blackest night.”

A dying alien hands a ring to Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds), a test pilot, and he becomes the first human recruited into the Green Lantern Corps. He answers to Sinestro (Mark Strong), a veteran of the force, while Parallax moves to unbalance the universe and Earth falls into its path. Martin Campbell fills the screen with glowing constructs and crowded alien worlds, and the story rests on whether a man with no fear of heights can learn to master fear itself.
