“Soldier. Lantern. Hero.”

John Stewart (Aldis Hodge) is a Marine sniper just out of the service and unsure what comes next when an alien ring picks him to be the Green Lantern of Earth. It comes with no instructions, only a horde of interplanetary killers hunting every Lantern in the universe. Jeff Wamester sends him into the middle of a Rann and Thanagar war with Green Arrow (Jimmi Simpson), Adam Strange and Hawkgirl, where every Lantern before him has failed.
