Greta, the Mad Butcher

“Once commited to her care, You'll be too terrified to die!.. You'll choke with fear!.. Recoil in horror from her unleashed fury!..”

Greta (Dyanne Thorne) is the warden of a psychiatric hospital for young women, and the patients are hers to use. Her attendants help her abuse them and force them to star in cheap skinflicks. Abbie Phillips (Tania Busselier) fakes an illness to get inside and find her missing sister, and Jesús Franco keeps both women in the same cramped, grainy rooms.
