“Even if it cannot be done with myself alone, as long as I am with you...”

Yuta Hibiki (Yuya Hirose) is a second-year at Tsutsujidai High School who keeps drawing a figure he can't remember, and he has finally decided to confess his feelings to Rikka (Yume Miyamoto). Then Gridman (Hikaru Midorikawa) comes back with a warning that the balance of this world is collapsing. Akira Amemiya directs for Studio Trigger, and what stays with you is Yuta's sketchbook, the half-finished Gridman still open on his desk.
