Gross Anatomy

“No one thought a real rebel like Joe would make it through medical school. But they didn't know Joe.”

Joe Slovak (Matthew Modine) is a brilliant first-year med student who treats school like a schedule that should bend around his life. Then he enrolls in Gross Anatomy, the toughest course in med school, taught by Dr. Rachel Woodruff (Christine Lahti), and his easygoing habits start to cost him. Thom Eberhardt leaves Joe alone in the lab with his study group, Laurie (Daphne Zuniga) among them, the cadaver on the table waiting.
