“King of Japanese Grotesque Movie”

A young couple, Kazuo (Hiroaki Kawatsure) and Aki (Tsugumi Nagasawa), are taken off the street and wake up in the home of a man who is only ever called the Doctor (Shigeo Ôsako). He has always had whatever he wanted, and it has left him wanting things no one should. Koji Shiraishi keeps the camera in the room with them as the hope of getting out wears away, and what Kazuo and Aki still have to lose is each other.
