Groundhog Day

(1993)Directed by Harold Ramis101 min · PGRomance, Fantasy, Comedy
“He’s having the worst day of his life… Over and over again.”

Phil (Bill Murray) is a TV weatherman who thinks small-town assignments are beneath him, sent to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to cover Groundhog Day with his producer Rita (Andie MacDowell). The next morning it is February 2 again, with the same people and the same snow. Harold Ramis builds a comedy around a day that will not end, and what a person does with it.
