Henry "Razor" Sharp (Sylvester Stallone) walked away from the ring decades ago, and Billy "The Kid" McDonnen (Robert De Niro) never stopped talking about it. Promoter Dante Slate, Jr. (Kevin Hart) coaxes both men into a rematch 30 years after their last fight, and Peter Segal puts two old boxers back in training. Under the jokes about creaky knees is a plain question of what a person still owes an old rivalry.
