Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl

Gunjan Saxena (Janhvi Kapoor) has wanted to fly since she was a girl, and she has a father, Anup (Pankaj Tripathi), who backs her when almost nobody else does. Her path leads into the Indian Air Force, where she is among the first women to serve and the first to fly into a combat zone during the 1999 Kargil War. Sharan Sharma keeps the film bright and open-hearted, building each hurdle around her determination and the people cheering for her.
