Gunmen

“In a South American country, there's only one way to take down a druglord: point blank.”

Dani Servigo (Christopher Lambert) is a New York DEA agent who needs a man he cannot ask nicely. He springs the outlaw Cole Parker (Mario Van Peebles) from jail, because Parker is the one who can lead him to stolen money in South America. Deran Sarafian sets Dani and Cole on the trail together, with Patrick Stewart's Loomis and Denis Leary's Armor O'Malley in the way, and each of them has a reason to want that money first.
