“Locked, Cocked & Ready To Rock!”

On an island in Hawaii, a South American gunrunner named Juan Degas (Erik Estrada), who also goes by Jack of Diamonds, has made the place his base of operations. The government sends in a squad of agents, among them Donna Hamilton (Dona Speir), to put him out of business. Andy Sidaris shoots it in bright island sun, and the whole cast stays in motion.
