Gunsmith Cats

(1995)Directed by Kazuya Murata, Takeshi Mori90 minAnimation, Comedy, Crime
“They're Beautiful... They're Bold... and They're Bulletproof!”

Rally Vincent (Michiko Neya) runs a gun shop with her partner Minnie May Hopkins (Kae Araki) and chases bounties on the side to cover the bills. An agent from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms shows up with a threat: unpaid taxes and no retail license, unless they help him bring down a gun-running ring. Murata and Mori's animation has Rally and Minnie May working the case, two women in a shop full of guns.
