“Beware of your idols.”

Matthieu Vasseur (Pierre Niney) is a self-help guru with a gift for reading people and bending them to his will. He draws followers into his orbit through charisma and the promise of transformation, but his methods grow darker as his influence spreads. Gozlan constructs the film as a slow collapse, the frame tightening around Vasseur until the machinery of his control becomes visible.
