Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench

Guy (Jason Palmer) is a jazz trumpeter in Boston who meets the shy Madeline (Desiree Garcia) and then goes looking for someone more outgoing. Damien Chazelle shot it himself in black and white, with live jazz sets, tap dancing and a few old-fashioned song numbers set among real streets. Madeline stays in the picture, and the film keeps asking what is left between her and Guy once the music stops.
