Gwen

Gwen (Eleanor Worthington-Cox) is a teenage girl who runs a hillside farm in the dark hills of Wales during the industrial revolution, with her sister and her mother Elen (Maxine Peake). Then the bad luck starts, the kind that makes neighbors look twice and a family start to doubt its own land. William McGregor treats the dread as a question of who gets blamed when nothing can be explained.
