Gypsy 83

“Some of us were never meant to fit in.”

Gypsy Vale (Sara Rue) and Clive Webb (Birkett Turton), two young goths from small-town Ohio, set out for New York City and a festival called The Night of 1,000 Stevies. Both are devoted to Stevie Nicks, and both have a past they need to get out from under. Todd Stephens shoots their road trip with a plain, unhurried eye, keeping the camera on their faces and letting the silences run.
