Hail the Judge
“Lowest rank, loudest justice.”
Pao Lung Sing (Stephen Chow) wants an easy living, and as a ninth-degree judge descended from the famous Judge Pao, he gets it by taking bribes. Then Mrs. Chi Siu Lin (Sharla Cheung Man) is framed for her husband's murder, and he takes up her cause, which forces him to run. Wong Jing keeps the jokes coming at Stephen Chow's pace, with Richard Ng Man-tat close beside him.
