Paris has a killer going after the city's Arab residents, and the case reaches the Algerian embassy when a diplomat turns up dead. Two Algerian detectives, Nerh-Nerh (Ramzy Bedia) and Le Kabyle (Éric Judor), are sent over to help, under Le Commissaire (Jean-Pierre Lazzerini), a French chief of police with a procedure of his own. Rachid Dhibou sets them loose in a French investigation that can't afford another victim.
