Hallam Foe

“This is my story”

Hallam Foe (Jamie Bell) spends his days watching other people from hiding places, and he is sure his mother's death was no accident. David Mackenzie follows him from the family home to the rooftops of the city, where the watching leads him toward Kate (Sophia Myles). The film is about a boy who has looked at everyone from a distance, and what happens when he finally wants to be seen.
