Halloween

“You don't believe in the Boogeyman? You should.”

Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) has spent forty years getting ready for one night, living behind her own defenses and bearing the damage of what Michael Myers did to her on Halloween in 1978. Her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) has long since pulled away, and her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) is the only one still willing to listen. Green, directing, keeps Laurie at the center as the man in the mask comes back, and she is waiting.
