Halloweentown

Every Halloween, Marnie Piper (Kimberly J. Brown) is told she can't go trick-or-treating, and on her 13th birthday she finds out why: she is a witch. She slips through a hidden portal into Halloweentown, where ghosts, ghouls and werewolves live apart from the human world. Duwayne Dunham sends her and her brother Dylan (Joey Zimmerman) down streets full of costumed strangers, past the warlocks and the curses.
