Russell Proco (Leigh McCloskey) has been thrown out of several schools for lewd, crude and nude conduct, and women keep getting in the way of anything he tries to finish. Busterburger University is his last chance, a place that trains students to run their own fast food franchises. Mike Marvin sends him up against Drootin (Dick Butkus), and Russell has to prove he can stay in one school long enough to earn the burger stand he wants.
