King Bagsecg (James Cosmo) lies dying, and he sends his son Steinar (Charlie Bewley) across a hard country to find Hakan (Elliot Cowan), the older brother the clan has not seen in years. Farren Blackburn follows Steinar and the warrior Hagen (Clive Standen) as an enemy horde draws closer to the kingdom.
