Hancock

“There are heroes. There are superheroes. And then there's Hancock.”

Los Angeles in the present day: a superhero named John Hancock (Will Smith) saves lives with the destructive grace of a wrecking ball, leaving buildings crumbled and traffic in ruins. A public relations expert named Ray (Jason Bateman) approaches him with a plan to repair his image. As Hancock begins to piece together his past, the cost of that knowledge cuts deeper than any wreckage he's left behind.
