Hand Rolled Cigarette

Chiu (Gordon Lam Ka-tung) is a retired British Chinese soldier living out his days in Hong Kong, a man the city no longer seems to need. He crosses paths at Chungking Mansions with Mani (Bipin Karma), a young South Asian man, and discovers they have both offended the same gang boss. Chan Kin-long, in his first feature, follows Chiu as the two start to lean on each other, and the old soldier finds he has a young man to look after again.
