Hands of Stone

“No más. No surrender.”

Roberto Duran (Edgar Ramírez) fights his way out of a Panama City childhood and into the ring, and his hands make him a name the neighborhood repeats. Ray Arcel (Robert De Niro), an aging trainer in New York, takes him on, and Jonathan Jakubowicz follows the two of them toward a rivalry with Sugar Ray Leonard (Usher). Under the fights is a plain question of what a man owes the people who built him, and what happens when he forgets.
