Twins Hanni (Sophia Münster) and Nanni (Jana Münster) Sullivan want their old routine back when they return to the Lindenhof boarding school after the summer break. Mrs Theobald has had to travel, and Mademoiselle Bertoux now runs the place, so the school they remember has changed. Julia von Heinz keeps the camera at the girls' level and plays the trouble as a family comedy.
