“Here comes the unbreakable China doll who gives you the licking of your life!”

Yu Ying (Angela Mao Ying) comes back to China with Kao (Carter Huang Chia-Ta) and Fan, determined to open a hapkido school of their own. The Japanese Black Bear school runs the competition, and its Chief Instructor (Pai Ying) answers the new arrivals with bullying that keeps getting worse. Director Huang Feng builds the story around two rival schools, each with its own idea of who is entitled to teach, and who has to fight to be allowed to.
