Happily Ever After

Gabrielle (Charlotte Gainsbourg) is married to Vincent (Yvan Attal), and the two of them are friends with another married man, Georges (Alain Chabat), who is asking the same question about his own marriage. Both men want to know whether love can sit alongside coupledom, and what becomes of freedom and fidelity once the vows are made. Yvan Attal writes and directs, and the film closes on Gabrielle, who holds her face still.
