Happy Bhag Jayegi

In Amritsar, the night before her wedding to Daman Singh Bagga (Jimmy Shergill), Happy (Diana Penty) climbs out and runs, wanting only to reach the boyfriend her father has never approved of. She hides in a delivery truck and gets off in Lahore, in the house of Bilal Ahmed (Abhay Deol), the ex-governor's son. Mudassar Aziz sets two families on opposite sides of the border hunting for her, and nobody can say who will find her first.
