“Scooby-Doo and Shaggy’s favorite holiday is upon us!”

Shaggy Rogers (Matthew Lillard) and Scooby-Doo (Frank Welker) want one thing from Halloween in Crystal Cove, and it has nothing to do with mysteries. Then Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (Cassandra Peterson) and Bill Nye turn up, and the gang is pulled into a case of gigantic proportions. Maxwell Atoms keeps Shaggy and Scooby side by side through every scare, two friends who run from the same things and stay together.
