Hard Paint

Pedro (Shi Menegat) lives alone in Porto Alegre and earns his money in chat rooms, where he becomes NeonBoy on webcam, dipping his fingers in pots of coloured paint and sliding them across his bare skin. Then he notices someone else is copying his performances, and he agrees to meet that stranger. Marcio Reolon and Filipe Matzembacher make a film about how a person can be watched by hundreds and still be unseen by everyone.
