Hardcore Henry

“First they made him dangerous. Then they made him mad.”

Henry wakes with no memory of who he is, rebuilt as a cyborg by a wife who is already in danger. Within minutes Akan (Danila Kozlovsky), a tyrant with telekinetic powers, sends his mercenaries after them, and Jimmy (Sharlto Copley) turns up as Henry's only help across one day in Moscow. Ilya Naishuller shoots all of it through Henry's own eyes, so the story is simple and brutal: you only know what he knows, and he is only ever running toward her.
