Haunting on Fraternity Row

“Party until you're dead.”

Jason (Jacob Artist) just wants the fraternity's Winter Luau to go off the way the brothers promised it would. Brant Sersen sets the party inside the house itself, where Tanner (Jayson Blair), Maggie (Molly Tarlov), Claire (Shanley Caswell), and Liza (Claudia Lee) are among the guests when the brothers and coeds start dying. The house fills with people and then empties, and Jason is left standing in it.
