He Even Has Your Eyes

Paul (Lucien Jean-Baptiste) and Sali (Aïssa Maïga) have waited a long time for the phone call that finally comes: their adoption file is approved, and a six-month-old boy named Benjamin is theirs. Nobody warned them he is blond, blue-eyed and white, and they are both Black. Jean-Baptiste, who also directs, plays Paul as a husband trying to keep pace with his wife, who has already started loving the baby.
