Nothing in Head sits still long enough to explain itself. Peter (Peter Tork), Davy (Davy Jones), Micky (Micky Dolenz) and Mike (Michael Nesmith) slide from one musical set piece to the next, each scene jumping into a new setting with Annette Funicello (as Minnie) somewhere among them. Bob Rafelson, writing with Jack Nicholson, keeps the four of them stuck together while everything around them keeps changing.
